Returns & Exchanges Policy

• We will gladly accept any unused, unpacked merchandise with original tags within 07 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• In case you have doubt about product, or damaged product shoot a video before opening the parcel in order to claim your return.
• Once order is confirmed customer hold no right to cancel it before shipment. In doing so customer is bid to pay the delivery charges upfront.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the return products.
• All returns should be sent to Laplosh, 13-D commercial architect society, Lahore - Pakistan.
